All products sold through FairChemicals.com are strictly not for human consumption or for any form of in-vivo research or experimentation. All compounds are supplied strictly for serious laboratory research use only, primarily reagent testing and GC/MS reference in well-equipped facilities with all necessary safety equipment and procedures in place. Buyer agrees that this research use is the sole purpose for purchasing these potentially harmful chemicals and they are strictly not to be used for anything else. We source all chemicals from reputable companies but you must also verify the chemical properties and toxicological profile of all compounds supplied as these have not been fully investigated or guaranteed. Buyer acknowledges that FairChemicals.com cannot be held responsible for lapses in our reputable supplier's product quality but we will take steps to rectify any problems brought to our attention at our sole expense.

We cannot realistically control how our affiliates and partners market our products but will seek to ensure they comply with the law and respond immediately to any complaints. 

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they have checked these terms & conditions before using any services and products displayed on this website. FairChemicals.com reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is suspected of misuse of our products, with a full refund being given in this event if an order has been paid for but not sent. Users will be banned from the site in this case via their IP address.

We currently offer almost worldwide delivery but your purchase may not be legal in your jurisdiction and you do so at your sole risk and responsibility and should seek legal advice if in any doubt of compliance with the law. By accessing FairChemicals.com you agree to accept that these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms or your use of the website. If any term is deemed invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, this does not affect the validity of remaining terms and they shall remain in full effect.

As explained in the previous paragraph, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the contents of our products are legal to import and/or possess in your country or region but please contact us for advice if you are outside UK before purchasing and we may be able to help you verify this. FairChemicals.com accept no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system. If a package is lost within the postal system, FairChemicals.com do not offer any refund or compensation. Lost items are rare and we may replace items as a gesture of goodwill one time per customer or for long term customers. For larger orders, depending on your location we will try to ship using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

The products sold through FairChemicals.com are not intended for purchase, possession or use by any persons under the age of 18, and you agree that you are not under this age-limit, nor are you ordering on behalf of, or for supply to any persons who are.
